My family and I had a wonderful stay. Our host (William) and the property... very welcoming and accommodating. The location of the condo was close to a lot of walking activities. Highly recommend...dog friendly too.. We plan on staying there again in the near future..

From the moment we booked William’s property, he’s been so gracious and helpful. The house sits in probably the most convenient location to anything you wish to do in Rehoboth. It’s a beautiful townhome - clean, spacious, and very quiet! Thank you, William, for an excellent experience!

Great Extended Weekend
We had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend stay! The location was perfect for our needs and it was walkable to many locations. The space accommodated our family well! Our host, William, was incredibly responsive and worked to make our stay comfortable. We will back next year!

I stayed here with my kid, spouse, mom and mother-in-law for a weekend event...couldn't have picked a better house! It was clean, had everything we needed, is super comfortable, and nicely updated. I love that every room has its own bathroom, and that the living room/kitchen is its own floor (for the early risers, and night owls in my family, this was ideal so they could have coffee or watch TV late without waking anyone up). The host was amazing as well! So responsive to all my questions, kind, and hospitable!! Me and my family agreed, we will return. Thank you, William, for sharing your house with us and making it a fabulous weekend!

The home was beautiful and conveniently located right up the street from Rehoboth Beach. Quick walk to a great coffee shop! My wife and I and the pup enjoyed the easy access to the bike path. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic Property
Girlfriends weekend in December. The location of this fabulous townhouse is near fine dining and shopping. The place was well equipped with all we needed for fun and relaxation. The owner provided answers to my questions and check in/out was easy. We will definitely consider this property for future trips to Rehoboth.

Spacious townhome in great locale
There was plenty of room for a family of 6 for us to spread out after a day at the beach / happy hours. Plenty to do at Rehoboth. The townhome is located about 1.5 miles from the beach/boardwalk so you could walk and shop along the way or take a 5 minute drive to find plenty of available parking any day of the week.

Perfect for a family getaway
The house was perfect for a family getaway. Each family was able to have their own bedroom and bathroom. The house is very spacious and clean. We loved the screened in balcony. The bike trail is close by. Although we drove to the beach due to all the beach supplies, we did walk downtown on several occasions. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful and convenient
Great property to stay out during our trip to Rehoboth for our family of 4. The location was great with easy access to the main highway and right by the bike trail for a nice walk to the beach or boardwalk. The setup was exactly like seen in the photos and description. William was very responsive to any questions prior to the stay and during our time at his place.

Sisters getaway
We really enjoyed this beach house. It was spacious, having three floors ,three bedrooms and each of the three bedrooms had its own bathroom! The kitchen/living area was very nice and looked newly furnished with new appliances. The reservation was easy to book and the owner was available 1st by email and then by text. Great communication with owner. When we arrived the house was not ready due to issues with a prior renter. It was cleaned by the time we got there. Easy access to everything Rehoboth! Kitchen could have used some more glasses and cooking utensils and supplies. Overall great week at the beach.

Had a great time on our family trip. William was quick to respond to any questions and the home was clean and spacious for us. It’s centrally located to the beach and town shopping, right next to a bike/walking trail and close enough that some of us walked back from the boardwalk a few times. When driving to the boardwalk/beach, we found that taking a few side roads cut back traffic time on the main road.We enjoyed time on the screened in porch. Bedrooms and bathrooms are good size and it was really nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom, plus the half bath. Boogie boards and bikes were there for our use. Unfortunately we didn’t stay long enough to get to everything but hope to return for a longer stay next year 😊

Great place to stay in Rehoboth.
We had a great time for our beach vacation. The house is located with quick driving distances to the multiple beaches and all the shopping and outlet strips along the highway. The house is as advertised and is very clean. Not lacking anything when cooking meals, comfy beds and a great walking trail behind for the dogs, also no problems with parking. We had a few days of rain and high alert for poor air quality from the Canadian forest fires, but we stayed in and played card games and still had a great time hanging on the screened balcony. All in all, this place is a great place to stay when visiting the Delaware beach area! We will return!
