"A fantastic hotel with amazing, friendly and accommodating staff. Great communication throughout as we had issues with our original flight due to a cancellation which meant amending the duration of our stay and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. The hotel itself is amazing with a brilliant river view from our balcony which I would fully recommend. 10/10. "

"A lovely hotel not too far away from the airport, made even quicker by using the S-Bahn to the station right outside the hotel. Nice, friendly and informative staff always on hand to help you, good for people that don’t speak too much German as their English is great. Only 40 minutes to the city centre and the central station via the S-Bahn. Overall, a great place to stay and I’d definitely go back when visiting Berlin again!"
