The house is within walking distance of the picturesque village of Régusse, located in the Var. The village has a bakery, supermarket, gas station, restaurants and sports fields. Lac de Sainte Croix and Gorges du Verdon are nearby. (15 to 30 min with car). The distance to the sea is 70 kilometers. The house can accommodate 8 persons. 2 bedrooms en suite, two bedrooms with shared bath, large kitchen with all amenities. It is situated on a plot of 2000 square meters, fully fenced. It has a pleasant garden with olive trees, swimming pool of 4 meters by 8 meters, large sun terrace with loungers, dining table and chairs, pool house with lounge, gazebo, hammocks, swing and children's playhouse. There is a large parking lot. Free WIFI. Pets are not allowed and smoking is prohibited inside. There is also a washing machine. Mandatory final cleaning of 120 euros and 750 euros deposit payable locally. Between Artignosc sur Verdon and St. Laurent de Verdon (15 min with car) is a comfortable family beach to the water. From Régusse you can undertake many activities. Relaxation, adventure, culture, everything is here. Think of Aups, a lively village with a Provençal market for gourmets. Or the beautiful Lac Sainte Croix, filled with blue water and surrounded by several picturesque villages such as Bauduen or Saint Croix du Verdon. Or the beautiful village of Moustiers Sainte Marie, known for its hand-painted pottery and floating star and also the starting point for hikes through the impressive Gorges du Verdon, the one and only Grand Canyon of Europe! In the region of the Verdon you can walk, but also kayaking, rafting, rock climbing, ... Still prefer to quieter? A short drive takes you to the most impressive views of the Verdon. There are also a few hidden gems in this part of Provence, such as Tour Tour with phenomenal views of Villecroze, with its beautiful square and ancient cave dwelling. Also Sillans la cascade with waterfalls and also a paradise for walking. Aix en Provence is one of the most beautiful cities of Provence. Here you will find beautiful old buildings, charming squares, good food and heaps shop occasion! Marseille, just two hours drive from Régusse, is the fifth largest city in France. Marseille lies on the Mediterranean and has a photogenic luxury sailing harbor in his possession. The city is thereby also known for its culinary quality seafood restaurants. Excellent property - spacious and well designed house, pool has automatic cover at night, large terrace with plenty garden furniture, spacious garden and walking distance to village. Gorge du Verdon, Lac de St Croix and Aups all very accessible by car.

Merveilleux séjour !
Un endroit calme et reposant pour découvrir les Gorges du verdon ! Notre maison était très agréable, bien équipée, spacieuse pour 3 couples, bien agencée et idéalement située. Rien ne manquait. Aucun souci pour stationner devant la maison. Tout est clos, donc bien sécurisé. Jardin magnifique, vue très agréable et reposante. Supermarché a 5 minutes à pied et centre-ville a 10 minutes à pied (voie directe) ou 15/20 minutes à pied (par route plus agréable). Gérard nous a bien accueillis. Merci ! Boucherie et boulangerie TOP à Montmeyan, 5 minutes en voiture, 1 petite heure à pied par petite route et forêt. Je conseille ce logement ! Le séjour t, avec table et chaises de jardin.

Wunderbare Unterkunft in toller Lage
Das Haus ist wirklich ein Juwel. Schöne und funktionale Einrichtung, tolle Terrasse mit Barbereich und Pool sowie ein sehr großer und schöner Garten, der vollständig eingezäunt ist. Das Haus selbst liegt fussläufig zum kleinen Ort Regusse sowie einem Super U. Im Umfeld von Regusse gibt es tolle Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge. Wir waren z. . in der Verdonschlucht und einmal Wandern. In Summe ein wunderbares Feriendomizil, in das wir jederzeit zurückkehren würden.

Great accomodation
Space is great, enough rooms, large kitchen, plenty of glasses, bowls, cutlery, etc. Nice pool with poolhouse. All very good. Some minor details to know: - swimming pool is not heated - the house does not have airconditioning - the ramp is full of holes and difficult to drive up - the neigbour has a rooster which makes noise from 4 at night onwards.

Schöner Motorradurlaub.
Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Sauber und neu. In der Küche ist alles was man braucht und noch viel mehr. Die drei Badezimmer sorgen für einen angenehmen Ablauf am Morgen. Selbst Spiele waren vorhanden. Einziges Manko ist die Einfahrt. Diese ist für Motorradfahrer ungeeignet. Die Auffahrt zum Haus ist nicht befestigt und es haben sich Wasserrinnen gebildet. Der Platz vor dem Haus ist mit Kies 15/30 zugedeckt, was ein Abstellen der Motorräder schwierig macht. Der Pool ist super. Es gibt sogar einen Kante worauf man im Pool sitzen kann. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen.

Wij hebben enorm genoten van de 2 weken vakantie in Régusse in de mooie comfortabele woning met alles erop en eraan. Eén minpuntje : 1 slaapkamer kon niet verlucht worden omwille van de aanwezigheid van katten.

Sehr schöne Anlage, wir haben in den zwei Wochen Urlaub die Außenanlage genossen. Kleiner Fußmarsch zum Wochenmarkt in Regusse, Ausflüge zu den Lavendelfelder, der Schlucht und den umliegenden schönen Dörfchen haben zur Erholung ebenso beigetragen.

Excellent séjour!
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette jolie maison de Régusse. Elle était parfaite pour nos deux familles (4 adultes et 4 enfants). Nous avons pu visiter cette jolie région et profiter de nombreuses activités (randonnées, canyoning, via cordata...) et profiter des petits marchés de Provence et de leurs spécialités. La proximité du Supermarché est aussi très appréciable. La literie est confortable, la cuisine particulièrement bien équipée et la décoration de très bon gout. Les enfants s'en sont donné à cœur joie dans la piscine! Nous garderons tous un très bon souvenir de nos vacances dans le Verdon!
