The house is family friendly (parents are also welcome with three children) and in a superior standard in 3-star quality (award as top landlord 2017).
The timber construction with exposed beams and the cozy furnishings create a climate to feel good. Location Description: The detached house is at the end of a holiday village near the forest, surrounded by meadows and trees and away from any traffic bustle. It is south above the rain near the Weißenstein Castle in the district Kattersdorf. The county town of Rain is a recognized health resort conveniently located in the heart of the Bavarian Forest and. 20 minute drive from Deggendorf (A 3) .Regen is an ideal starting point for hiking or cycling along the glass road or in the National Park as well as for winter sports.

Features: On the ground floor you have a cozy living room with satellite TV and it is then a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. There is also a hall (wardrobe), a large hall with staircase, a storage room and a small toilet. Upstairs are two spacious bedrooms with double beds, one with access to the balcony. In the rooms you will find an additional sofa bed and a cot. Between the bedrooms is the bathroom with tub and shower facility.

W-Lan is available, usable either for a fee or free as a telecom hotspot.

Outside: From the living room you reach the terrace with garden furniture. A small barbecue is also available. The house has a free car park, about 10 meters from the house.
Miscellaneous: family friendly establishment with a baby chair and cot. Not far away there is a playground. 
The rental price includes the final cleaning and water consumption. Heating is provided via a storage heaters and convectors. The total electricity costs are charged according to consumption. (Off-peak electricity 24 cents kw / h, day current 30 ct. KW / h.).
On request, you will receive complete laundry packages (bed linen, bath towels, etc.) on site for a fee of € 10 each.
The city rain raises a family-friendly tourist taxes according to local regulations. There are many advantages, even free transport. The spa fee is payable locally.
