"Lehner im Wald", 4-room house 100 m2 on 1st floor. Cosy and wooden furniture furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double bed, dining table, satellite TV and DVD. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed. 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed and shower/WC. Small, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. Wood heating. Wooden floors. Panoramic view. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Note: 2 double rooms, each with a shower/toilet, are located in the adjoining outbuilding (pets are not allowed here). These are not available when booking for the price of 4 people. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the housing units will be available for use.

Visit for a family wedding
We stayed at Haus Lehner im Wald for a nearby family wedding. The property was very well looked after and clean with everything we needed. A beautiful setting and a perfect base for exploring the local area and lakes. There are shops and supermarkets within a 10 minute drive. Our first summer evening was spent eating in the courtyard sampling the local food, cider and schnapps. Very peaceful and away from it all.

Zufrieden
Im großen und ganzen waren wir sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Wir sind mit zwei Katzen angereist und die hatten auch ihren Spaß. Viele Marienkäfer waren auch da, die ich jede morgen rausgelassen habe. Das Bett hat sehr lautgeknarscht. Morgens hatten wir nur lauwarmes Wasser zum Duschen. Man ist dort sehr abgelegen und man kann hervorragend im Wald spazieren gehen.

Urlaub bei Lehner im Wald
Alles in allem war der Urlaub richtig schön, das Quartier liegt abgelegen und nur zu erreichen über die Privatstraße der Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist ausreichend für zwei Personen mit Hund. Es ist ein Holzhaus und Holz arbeitet nun mal, also knarrende Böden sind ganz normal. Durch die Abgeschiedenheit konnte unser Hund immer ohne Leine laufen. Der Brötchenservice jeden Morgen war prima, so musste keiner von uns los zum Bäcker. Es ist kein freistehendes Haus, es ist eine Ferienwohnung für 4 Person

Niet alles inpandig
Prima verblijf, maar wanneer je met meer dan 4 bent, zijn de kamers niet in hetzelfde vertrek. Je moet via de binnenplaats (buiten) om er te komen. Verder alles prima, rustig en mooi uitzicht. De reeën lopen af en toe door het gras langs het huis.

Wir haben als Großfamilie (8 Personen mit Großeltern, 3 Kinder und Eltern) hier eine wunderbare Ferienwoche verbracht. Die Lage des Ferienobjekts ist einzigartig. Alleinlage umgeben von Wiesen und Wald d.h. Natur pur. Besonders bemerkenswert ist die einzigartige Freundlichkeit des Vermieterehepaares. Auf Bedarf und Absprache kann man sich mit hausgemachtem Saft, frische Milch, Bio-Fleisch sowie Brötchen und Brotservice verwöhnen lassen. Die Produkte kommen aus Biobetrieben, unbedingt probieren.

Perfekt zum Erholen
Wunderschön gelegenes Ferienhaus, in dem es an Nichts fehlt und man sich sofort wohlfühlen kann. Die Vermieter sind sehr unkompliziert und hilfsbereit. Wir haben sehr erholsame Tage verbracht.

toller, erholsamer Urlaub
Die FeWo ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der persönliche Kontakt zu den Vermietern war ausgesprochen freundschaftlich, so dass wir uns von Beginn an wohl gefühlt haben. Alles in Allem blieben keine Wünsche offen. Auch unser kleiner Hund war herzlich willkommen und konnte durch die ruhige Lage ohne Leine die Umgebung erkunden. Der nach allen Seiten abgrenzbare Innenhof lädt zum gemütlichen Beisammensein ein.

Gemütliche, naturnahe Ferienwohnung.
Wohnung voll ausgestattet. In unserer Aufenthaltszeit war es draußen sowohl kalt als auch sehr heiß. Wohnung ist gut Isoliert und mit Zentralheizung gut beheizbar. Immer angenehmes Raumklima. guter Standort für Ausflüge ins Salzkammergut. 10 Minuten bis Gmunden, 5-10 Min nach Vöklabruck. Oder einfach gemütliche Waldspaziergänge. In den Morgenstunden lassen sich auch Wildtiere (Rehe) beobachten . Gäste in angrenzender Mostschenke waren kaum zu hören, und zur Schlafenszeit um 22:00 Uhr war es so ruhig wie es sich für die Nacht gehört. Die Hausherren sind unkompliziert und hilfsbereit. Waren echt schöne Tage.
