"We travel to Rockport for the first time just to have a couple of days of relaxing, and this house was just the right place. We did enjoy the deck. It has window units, not central AC, and ceiling fans in every room, however, if the noise bothers you, the window unit in the main bedroom is noisy. ..."

Refugio is my home town; and I was there to attend a multi-class high school reunion. I was saddened to see how Hurricane Harvey changed Refugio for the worst 2 years ago. Do not expect convenience shopping. It's primarily a gas stop for truckers.
