Timber Trails North is a 4 bedroom/4 bath that sleeps 13 located in the amazing resort community of StoneBridge. If you need more space for your gathering, check out Timber Trails South and Big Timbers right next door-with the three properties you will have a total of 14 bedrooms! This property is PET FRIENDLY!

Additional $30 nightly pet fee, per pet added after booking

$5 per car per day is charged for anyone renting a lodge in Stonebridge resort. This will be paid upfront at the Welcome Center upon check-in.

This home is decked out with all you will need for this special getaway: The open kitchen/living room floor plan provides dining seating for 12. The living room has a large sectional with sofa sleeper. Our kitchen is fully furnished with what you will need for your cooking needs.

For your entertainment we have provided a 50-inch smart TV in the living room, a 50-inch TV in each bedroom, cable TV, PS4, Blu-ray player, and free high speed internet. And we also have a hot tub on the back deck .

In Stonebridge, amenities abound with the Ledgestone Golf Course right on site!! A short walk away, there is a catch and release lake with paved walking trails that encircle the lake. You have access to 2 pools, sand volleyball, basketball court, huge playground, tennis courts, fitness center, and on-site restaurant. The sand volleyball, basketball court and large playground are also just a short walk away.

*Disclaimer- Most pools will be open mid May through Labor Day. The resort MAY decide to leave the pool at the main clubhouse open longer in September. It is up to their discretion and we have no control over whether the pool is closed.*

Camera-This home does have a Ring doorbell that can capture images or video as you enter the property. Only the front door/porch area is in view.

For the children, a pack and play and high chair are provided.

The over-the-top amazing part of our home is the outdoor living space located on the back deck. This spacious deck is separated into three sections. Each master suite has its own sliding glass door that goes out to this outdoor area. One section of the deck is set up with a table with 6 chairs for eating and playing games. One section has the hot tub. The final section has an outdoor TV and fireplace, a couch, two chairs and table, and is screened. There is a large charcoal grill in front of the home. Views are of the gorgeous Ozark Mountains. The property is located near the community pool and Fox Hollow lake, the best place for relaxing and really enjoying the outdoors.

Great Cabin Getaway
We loved our stay at this lodge/cabin. It had a cabin vibe but was updated and well appointed. It was very clean when we arrived and the property manager was very responsive when we called with a question before check in. We especially loved the cover porch and easy to use gas fireplaces. I would definitely stay here again.

Annual family weekend vacation
First time here and it was amazing! Perfect accommodations for our family of 6 adults & 3 kids ages 3, 4 & 5, & our 3 little dogs. Beautiful area, & loved that there were no stairs to worry about with the kiddos. Just overall excellent! Definitely plan to return. Highly recommend! Glad we were able to have a late checkout to watch the Chiefs play in Germany & they won! Go Chiefs!🏈

Perfect spot!
The owner of this establishment is top notch, answering every question within minutes. Everything we needed was there, even the items we forgot about! The property is quiet, super clean, right on the private lake and walking trails, and within 20 minutes of the strip and 10 minutes of SDC. We have a large family and this accommodated our group flawlessly. I couldn’t have asked for a better vacation. We will definitely be renting with Beth Hammond again!

This property was a family-friendly home with nice spacious kitchen/dining/living area and bedrooms each with private baths. It was perfect for our family! Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. A nice starter supply of bathroom products, paper products, and laundry detergent was also supplied. Our family enjoyed varied TV watching areas, as well as the hot tub that was heated and ready for us upon arrival. The property was very clean and was exactly as described on their website. We loved our stay in this property and would highly recommend it.

Room to spread out
This cabin has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It made it easy for our group of 8 to get ready to go out for the day’s activities. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials including spices, cooking spray, coffee pods, etc. things you need but don’t want t,o buys full size container for a few days stay. Each bathroom came with a hairdryer, shampoo &conditioner and a body wash. We were traveling with a baby so having a pack and play was very convenient. The older kids loved the bunk room complete with a gaming device. The smart tv’s made it easy to log into all my apps for streaming.. the internet was fast and reliable. There is also a playground within walking distance. If you plan on going to Silver Dollar city, the cabin is close enough you can easily go back at night to see the lights or ride a few more rides. The management was very easy to contact and the check in process was a breeze.

Timber Trails North
Wonderful property tucked away from the hustle and bustle of highways and busy strip of Branson. This home was in a gated community with security who drove around day and night keeping an eye on the rentals. This home was great for our family of 8. 2 adults and 6 children ages 10 and under. The property was in a beautiful location with a walking path, pond, community pool, and a playground within walking distance. The home itself was equipped with all of the essentials; pans, plates, utensils, coffee maker, crockpot, and cleaning supplies. Additionally the home had a washer and dryer and laundry detergent which was great for a large family like ours to have laundry finished before driving 7+ hours home. The bedrooms were large and 3 of the 4 had a bathroom attached while the bunk room had a bathroom just outside the hall. The bunk room also has a gaming system, pull out couch, and the top bunk has a guard rail for safer sleeping with smaller children. The home was immaculate and ready at check in, the check in process was simple and Beth's emails were received in a timely manner and included all of the homes instructions along with check in/out and an easy to follow guide giving details about the home. The large deck out back included a dining table and chairs for outdoor eating, a screened in area with an electric fireplace, couches and chairs, a smart tv, and a hot tub. Beth and the home were great and we will definitely be back!
