his bungalow was a labor of love for my husband and I.This is a 1942 bungalow that lived in the heart of the Old Mill District in Bend Or.
we acquired it from a contractor that was going to bulldoze it over.
It took four months just to move it from Bend to Redmond.
It has now found its final resting place in beautiful downtown Redmond.
Walk right outside your door for all things fun and adventurous.
We love that we get to share it with so many people.

The space
Spacious, two bed one bath bungalow with washer and dryer.
Completely remodeled full kitchen with open floor plan to the dining and living room.
Both bedrooms have wall mounted smart TV’s.
Front courtyard and back patio both are equipped with table and chairs. Great areas for unwinding from your days adventures.
Plenty of free street parking available in front of the house.
Make sure to park in front of your house and allow the neighbors to park in front of their house. This shouldn’t be a problem as there is plenty of parking.
The back of the house has a large gravel pad for additional parking.
Large trucks or trailer can easily fit in alley behind house.

Other things to note
You are on vacation so I make check out super easy!
If you have time I ask if you could please start a load of TOWELS before you check out and the dishwasher if needs be.
There is a garbage can on the back patio for over flow.
At the end of your stay I will sort all recyclables.
If you’re staying longer then 4 nights or so I’ll come and grab the garbage every so often.
If you leave sooner then the 10:00 checkout time if you wouldn’t mind sending me a quick text.
I own and operate other Airbnb‘s so I always appreciate getting a head start on my cleaning.
Check in is 2:00, If you need an early check in please ask. I’ll do my best to accommodate you.
There are other Airbnbs on this large Downtown corner lot. Say HI to your neighbors, you never know where people have traveled from.
