"Good things first: The property is located in a nice quiet residential area. All important places are within walking distance. The communication with the landlord is friendly and fast, but our request was not really addressed. The water was just warm, but insufficient for washing the dishes. Our apartment was big enough, but extremely bare and cold. You felt as if you were in a hospital or at the dentist, so anything but comfortable.
