"I booked a room with shared bathroom and it turned out there was a mistake that the room was already booked. I got upgraded to a room with en-suite for free which was great. The room was very clean and nice. But the only strange thing is that I had to throw away the rubbish myself."

"We had a good stay but some things to note; the stairs upstairs are super steep so if anyone has mobility issues that may be a problem. The street is tiny so parking is an issue; we always found a park but it was upto 500m away. Our main issue however was that when we got there the bin was full, so we had soooo much garbage that we couldnt dispose of it given the fortnightly cycle. And coming from overseas we had no idea on the restrictions. Otherwise we had a good stay and met some great locals"

"1. It was advertised as a Ground Floor Flat. It's a town house. Which means stairs, not suitable for elderly. 2. The smell of damp rising up from the ground floor was very bad particularly when it rains. This is the most serious problem and is awful. 3. The ground floor toilet ventilates into the corridor on the 1st & 2nd floor. Dreadful! 4. The deck outside was dangerously slippery and area in need of urgent maintenance. 5.
