"It was just a short jaunt to downtown St petersburg. Good for 1 or 2 people for a short stay. Would give it a #5 for ease of stay. Host was very responsive with any questions. VERY accomodating!"

"I had booked this place for 2 days, it was a valentines getaway from my fiancé.. we'll check in we walked in and I instantly heard yelling from across the hall, cussing, kids screaming etc.. I smelled a nasty moldy smell instantly.. "Exactly as described. The owners did a great job of renovating an old beach motel into a beautifully updated property. Two heated pools, convenient location and the best shower heads make for a really nice weekend getaway. Can’t wait to come back!"

"The 3 units divided from an old 1958 house has large gaps between units. No service provided and no response to photos and video. No hot water no wifi or tv remote. No dryer so if you swim, pack wet clothes in suitcase. No soap in shower and towels were rags. Suite with kitchen had 3 greasy frying pans and white powder in drawers. Frig sounded lijke an airplane. "Staying at the Hawk's Nest was very comfortable. Directions to the property were excellent and the accommodations were different than anywhere we've ever stayed. Many decks for lounging if that is your pleasure and plenty of room in the house for relaxation. Also, just a 5 minute drive to the Phillies spring training facility. "
