The waterfront area was the perfect place to spend a sunny afternoon as the location is beautifully serene. "Great spot for the price. Nice to have the kitchen and access to the games room. It's a student dorm so rooms are not luxurious by any means and beds are a little small compared to a normal hotel room, but for a budget option it definitely does the trick/is good enough and you can put those dollars saved to great use on your trip somewhere else."
