"Excellent location. Good amenities all around. Only negative was the pizzas we ordered for room sevice. They were rubbish and overcooked and over priced. Otherwise, cant fault the hotel for a long weekend stay. "

"It is a little further out from the city, but there is a tram stop not even a 10 minute walk away. The staff were brilliant, so attentive and I can’t express how amazing your servers / kitchen team are - always have a smile on their faces, the little “morning, how are you today” really does go a long way :)) The hotel itself is stunning, it has a gym and the rooms / bathrooms are fantastic. 100% would recommend and booking again. "Friendly concierge who upgraded us when we checked in and provided good info regarding the city. Room very spacious and loved the rituals bathroom products. Parking garage across the street was great for a low profile car if you find a spot on the ground floor which we did."
