There were bugs in the rooms, stained bedding, and they ran out of key cards so they gave out master keys to patrons to use instead. The patrons with these master keys could enter anyone's room.

I’m in grad school and just needed a night alone to sleep! The property is being worked on maybe. There is no elevator to the third floor, and they look like they are renovating but surely are not! I walked into the room, even with everything else hoping it was clean and I could just lay down. I closed the door and it barely closed and locked, bathroom looked like it was cleaned with a muddy towel and had a smell.

We stayed at this hotel checked in at 10:30 pm due to air conditioning problems at a previous location, to find this hotel room was cooling much either. The hotel was a little wore down compared to most comfort Inn, but to beds were comfortable.
