Enjoy this new basement suite with all you can need and more. It includes 2 bedrooms with twin/queen bunks in each great for two couples or small/large families. There is a spacious open Kitchen/ Living area plus a beautiful walkout patio - great for summer nights. A two car parking pad is also just steps away from the front door. Please note there is another short term rental in this houses upper suite which could be great for your large group. Noise must be kept down after 10 o'clock. The unit does not include air conditioning
