"I spent a long weekend at Mt. Gilead Sunrise to give myself some peace and quiet. The property was absolutely beautiful - the pictures don't do it justice. Nancy and Al thought of everything - fluffy towels, a stocked kitchen, throw blankets. I enjoyed morning coffee on the porch swing and watched the bluebirds. I went on a hike at the Banshee Preserve and explored local wineries and breweries. I would definitely come back!"

"This little farm condo was absolutely perfect for our overnight stay. In fact, I wish we had the opportunity to stay longer. It was lovely to wake up and see chickens and other animals as well as hear the dogs barking. The view of the mountains was also lovely! We will definitely think of staying here again next time we visit our friends!"

"We arrived in the afternoon before a festival. Main street was closed, but we were still able to access the parking. Everything was clean, and we had a comfortable stay. There were restaurants and entertainment right outside. The only thing not in easy walking distance was a drugstore/CVS. I highly recommend staying at this location."

"The property is a bit off its prime... the deck in the back is not like it appears in the picture. Not a terrible property, but a bit run down. I did appreciate that we were the only ones there and quietness was good for a great nights sleep. Great areas to walk the dog. The property manager was very nice and helpful. Greeted us when we arrived and made sure we got in okay."

"When our roommates got to be a bit too much, we decided to escape over a long weekend. Picked this vrbo due to its (relative) proximity to hiking and its kitchen, and it was PERFECT. The hosts were amazingly nice and thoughtful. We brought our own baking ingredients and pans, but the kitchen had every kitchen utensil and pan you could want.Truly a lovely oasis to bake some cinnamon rolls in the mountains during a snowstorm.Thank you!"
