I was surprised when they did not give me the two story room, with the balcony, that I reserved and paid for. They also asked me to pay for my room a second time. They gave me a less roomy one story room, with no refund for the difference. I don’t know if these problems were caused by Expedia or the hotel, but it was a little unsettling."

The converted early 1900's barn was a touch of old Germany that really added to my trip, which up until this point I had been staying at typical American style hotels. If you are looking for a getaway for serenity, relaxation and a little exercise - this is the place."
