The villa is located approximately 100 meters above sea level and dominates the small town of Recco and the Golfo Paradiso.

Apartment A is the largest and is proposed in this announcement.
Apartment B is located in the lower part of the villa and is used by the owners who live in Rome and sporadically use it with discretion.
