"This property has gotten mediocre reviews. Everything we encountered indicates either: (a) that the property is now doing much better in room quality and other services than it had in the past; or (b) that we and the several other people we spoke with about the quality of their rooms were very fortunate to come at the time we did. Given how pleased everyone we spoke with (because I wanted to find out if we just happened to get a great room and others were finding the flaws that earlier reviewers spoke of) was with their experience at the hotel, I am inclined to think Castle Oaks management has upped their game considerably."
