"I received no service at the hostel. After gaining entry there was a keycard with my name attached, but no details as to which room or bed to use. I walked room to room until one opened with the card. The contact phone number left on reception was incorrect so it was not possible to contact people. "Das Hotel war grundsätzlich ziemlich sauber und hat meiner Meinung nach wenig bis kaum Mängel, jedoch war der „Parkplatz“ nichts weiteres als eine Wiese, mit Baumstümpfen und kleinen Hügeln hier und dort. Leider ist uns so ein Baumstumpf nicht aufgefallen (war mit Gras bedeckt) und wir sind da mit unserem Auto drübergefahren und diesen mit dem Autoboden berührt. "House itself was very spacious and clean. We stayed 3 nights as a family of 7, 5 adults, 2 children. Only 35 mins to Milan. Many restaurants and grocery nearby. Just is very nice and very responsive to all our questions. Tip-ask about all fees prior to booking. Host fees very high. Home is also along side road and traffic can be heard all day/night. Construction began next door on a new home day 2 at 0700. Not the hosts fault, but something to be considered when charging high host fees. Also...
