"We only stayed one night. Very helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable and quiet. A self-service laundry is available on the ground floor. We were surprised to find that the machines (one washer, one dryer) were controlled by a smartphone app. It actually worked quite well, notifying us when the load was done. "

Pros: Extra items are accessible at basement for self service (toothbrushes, cotton pads, sanitary products, extra towels/ pillows); good kitchen space; limited but enough breakfast items; noice isolating is good (or no one is living next door) Cons: Some minor stains on pillow case/ towels/ toilet tissue rollw. Staff are not accessible 24/7, they would be working on normal working hours only (starts...
