"A gem of a cottage which had been restored to a really high standard. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, log burner with plenty of wood and loved all the decor/pictures throughout. A welcome basket with local goodies was also a nice touch. We loved the folder full of the history on the property and all the pictures of the other houses/buildings in the village which we went to find on our walks with our dog. Would highly recommend. "

Immaculate accomodation with a very personal touch, a welcome hamper & even a basket of treats for out dog and a fenced area for the dog too. Thoroughly recommend, a great base for exploring the local area."

"Spent 2 nights here recently visiting relatives in the area and loved it. Very clean, modern and comfortable and we felt very at home. All the kitchen amenities that you would need and a walk in shower to die for. We will definitely book again when in the area."

"We bought the 3 night stay as gift for our son's birthday. After a 3 hour journey they could not access the property as the keysafe code we had been given was incorrect. My wife and I were out for a meal and spent over an hour trying to contact someone that could give us the correct code. Eventually after nearly 2 hour they were able to guess the code and gain entry. Customer service and support were pathetic and left them stranded in the rain."

The photographs all suggest, incorrectly, that there are 3 bedrooms. The photograph of the bed in the living area is titled “double bedroom”, which it most definitely is not. Intentionally or not, the photographs all fail to reveal that there is a double bed in the living room. There are references to this issue in the small print. But in the...

"Great weekend away for a surprise 70th. Nicely located for Beverley centre and with a nice pub nearby . Careful not to miss the turn to the farm . Everyone in our party did!!"
