"The hotel is better than expected. As the only hotel in a very small town, they had amenities that I didn’t expect them to have. The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean and well kept. And I have to give a big thumbs up to their showers. Seriously. I have never had that good a shower in any hotel. The water pressure was fantastic. I’d stay here just for that. "

"We went for a weekend getaway to celebrate our anniversary. This was an incredible find. The winery is in the Odd Fellows Home administration building. It is the lone restored building on the campus of the abandoned Odd Fellows Home old folk's home, orphanage, and hospital. There was a school building for the orphans, as well. "This hotel is in an area that is convenient to get to a variety of shopping and dining options, and it is an easy 20 minutes into downtown Kansas City. The staff are friendly and helpful, all of the main areas clean, hot coffee or tea is available always and the breakfast is full of great options. The room was quiet and comfortable, and I was very happy with it."
