Sebago Lake access is five minutes down the road (Tassel Top Beach), and a 10-minute drive will take you everything you need, including Walmart and Hannaford. Great antiquing can also be discovered in the area.

Nestled along the serene shores of the glistening lake, this getaway offers outdoor living for all to enjoy. Listen to the sound of the loons on the lake in the morning. Go boating or fish off the private dock. Meals can be enjoyed alfresco on the spacious patio equipped with a barbecue grill, where you can sizzle up your favorite dishes while taking in breathtaking water views. Stay connected with modern comforts, as high-speed WiFi allows you to share your experiences instantly. Plus, leave packing worries behind with the convenience of an in-house washer and dryer. Whether you're unwinding by the water's edge, casting a line off the dock, or simply reveling in the tranquil ambiance, this lakefront home promises an unforgettable escape.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Picture perfect!
This property was exactly what my family of 6 was looking for. Gorgeous views right on the water. The house was clean & modern. All towels & linens were provided which is wonderful because less to pack! The only issue I had at all was that it wasn’t clearly stated in the listing that the bunk beds were in a separate bunk house. Made myself and my girls a little uncomfortable but we made it work. Highly recommend this place. Can’t wait to go back!

Nice cottage
It was a good experience overall, other than a couple of guys inspecting the back of the property one morning. And we had yard work happening one morning. Later that week, both of the entrances to the cottage were being paved while we were out, and we had no way back to the property . All in all it was an ok experience.

Wonderful few days away
We had a fantastic stay on Chickadee Lane at this cabin. It had everything we needed and was very clean. There was plenty of sleeping room and beds were very comfortable. The view was beautiful and the kids loved the dock, swimming and kayaking. The grill was super and the fire pit worked great. We enjoyed the games that were there and we played miniature golf at two separate locations that were within 15 minutes of the cabin. We loved this cabin and hope to return again.

Nice Family Getaway
Chickadee Cottage sits in a tightly packed community right on a very large beautiful pond. The water was super clear that you can see the fish. We enjoyed the water activities. One kayak was available for use and there was a place to rent additional ones near by. We also enjoyed The Fresh Market and their blueberry pie. Allagash Brewing Company was also a highlight. My family of six managed perfectly in the small cottage. We had plenty of room to relax, enjoyed looking at the lake and kids were happy that they had access to the internet. The grounds also had mature beautiful plants. My teenage girls especially enjoyed the detached bunk house and my teenage son enjoyed that they were out of the main house. Overall the cottage was clean and well appointed with modern amenities. I would highly recommend Chickadee Cottage and would book again.

As advertised
Clean, amazing location on the water, beautiful exterior foliage. Really a perfect spot for a family with 2 kids if they don’t mind sleeping in the detached and very cute bunk room. Dock/kayak (1) great. From Philly, we knew nothing about the Sebago lakes region and felt like we lucked out with this location at this price point. The lake is super clean and clear. Wish it had another half bathroom at least, but that’s minor compared to the rest.
