The host is responsive and we had everything we needed. our only comment is the comfort of the couch. since our stay was in winter over xmas, we spent time indoors at night and the couch was not ideal for football and movie watching. "The owner, Michael, has the house dialed in when it comes to providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. There are 2 other houses on the property but it is still quiet & private. It was the perfect home base for our excursions. The town of Mariposa has lots of cool shops to explore & places to grab a bite. "
