"This lil loft has everything u need for you and your spouse or just you. Sleeps 4 but the couch is a futon and not a pullout so its not real comfortable to sleep on. But full kitchen and smart tv already set up to watch whatever u want. The deck, although I didnt use it to full potential, has a bbq and big mobile cooler for drinks. Hot tub was clean and very relaxing"
