THE SPACE

Apartment Alice is a part of the small family resort and proudly commands views across the infinity pool, over the mountains and the valley to the Adriatic Sea. It provides a quiet and comfortable ambience for those who seek some quality time with friends and family and is wonderful place to make holiday memories!

Breathe and fill your lungs with the mountain air before taking a plunge into the stunning infinity pool (8m x 5m). Sun lounges, tables and an umbrella are provided for you to soak up the sun and allow any stress to just fade away. There is shaded outdoor lounge area, ideal for dining, game of cards, cocktail or just to chill and take in the most breath taking panorama.

The interior living space is Open Plan and contemporary in design with a huge picture window overlooking the mountain and green valley to the Adriatic Sea. The lounge has a sofa that can be converted into a sofa bed, accommodating 2 additional guests, satellite TV, Wi-Fi and air-conditioning/heating throughout. The kitchen is fully fitted with crockery for all occasions, fridge/freezer, and the all important dishwasher. Please note there is no washing machine.

The Master bedroom has a King-size bed, wardrobe and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The Twin room has two beds, wardrobes and an adjacent bathroom. An additional bed (a small supplement is charged) and cot can be supplied and added to either of the rooms.

Please note the pool will not be filled from the end of November until the beginning of April, as it is not possible to heat in the winter months unless requested.

Apartment Alice is a part of an ongoing building development, so in the summer months only light work is carried out, usually within the interiors of neighboring properties.

GUEST ACCESS

The manager will be there to meet and greet you. However, for the late arrivals, a key safe is available, with code and contact numbers given after booking.

We have also designed a brochure that is updated annually, tantalizing you with ideas of places to visit, complete with maps and directions! Places that are a bit off the beaten track and that the regular tourist won’t know about. We have ideas and tips for excursions, beaches and restaurants and sporting activities that have been recommended by the owner or previous guests. Ideal pool-side reading!

The owner will not be on the premises whilst guests are staying but there will be a property manager to meet and greet you and answer any enquiries.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

All linen is included.

Bedding and towels changed on request or after a 1 week stay.

Bathroom and pool towels are provided but NOT beach towels.

Price includes service/cleaning charge. Plus we offer a complimentary 2 hour mini housekeeping service once per week, servicing the kitchen, lounge and bathrooms.

On request we can provide a full single pull out bed, large baby travel cot, high chair and baby car seat.

We can also offer a babysitting service, if staff is available. There is a small additional cost charged.

OUR ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION IS NOT SUITABLE FOR THOSE WISHING TO PARTY!

We do not have any public transport and so are not suitable for non drivers.
