"Generally, communication was difficult to make regarding confirmation mail, correct location and different telephone numbers. But it succeeded in the end. After arriving the boat, we realised that there was no electricity and water. This was fixed after a few calls next morning. It would have been nice if there's an instruction card about how to use toilet and switch panel. They also should have provided the numbers in the boat where we can contact if you need help. We liked the concept if...

"Enjoyed my stay. Was able to walk to beach, restaurants and even walked to Old Nesebar. Not so close to the beach strip, which was nice as it was quiet and felt safe even late at night."

"Very nice complex. A lot of beautiful swiming pools. Nice landscaping. Not far away from Black Sea. Only our one bedroom apartment had 1 mirror in the bathroom. Light in the bathroom was very bad, not bright enough. Overall was good. Will recommend it to friends and family. "
