The quietness and easy pace of the locale is expressed in the hotel as well. The property is well maintained and the personnel is friendly and effective. The breakfast buffet is really good. "The room was very comfortable with a nice bathroom with heated floors. There was a suite-pad (Ipad) in the room, which did not work too well, but no telephone. As my cell phone's charge was near 0 and I had forgotten my U.S. adapter, I went down to the front desk to inquire about an adapter. I was informed that there was a charger in the room, on the desk. I returned to the room, but could not find this charger, so had to return to the front desk at which time the receptionist walked me to...

"A lovely hotel in the centre of Heilbronn. Nice, clean room. All the amenities I needed, possibly another bottle or water and coffee machine would have made it even better. Spa area was superb. I'd have eaten in the restaurant if it hadn't shut early (8 pm). Very good. Would stay again."

"The Neckarsulm hotel is located a few kilometers from the highway therefore it takes the time to find it. The hotel is located in the office neighborhood and it was quite quiet. It is too bad that there is no free parking around there. The room and the bathroom were very clean with enough space for 2 people. My wife and I really enjoyed the comfy beds and very comfortable beddings. Unfortunately we found the breakfast for 16 Euro per person being very expensive and not attractive at all. "
