"Das Apartment ( wir hatten Nummer fünf) wurde wirklich sehr hochwertig erneuert. Ein tolles Bad, die bemalten Wände wirklich sehenswert. Auch die Isolation im Dachgeschoss musste wirklich hervorragend gelöst sein, denn bei über 30° Außentemperatur heizte sich das Zimmer nicht auf. Leider war die Kücheneinrichtung sehr minimalistisch. Ein kleiner Kochtopf ohne Deckel, eine kleine Pfanne, keine Schüssel kein Brotmesser, kein Flaschenöffner und so weiter. Wer nur Kaffee trinkt und sich ein Brötchen...

The accomodation was also very quite. Only one small issue existed: The TV cable-receiver box was apparently left in disorder and did not work at first. But I could fix it, so that TV was working as well."

"We were disappointed with the property. Two rooms and up to seven guests does a lot of heavy lifting in the description. Our kids bedroom was also the shared dining room and lounge. There is also air conditioning but only in one room. It is not available in the bedroom. A washing machine is available but you have to pay extra for this which felt cheep and penny grabbing. I found the correspondence with the owner difficult and received a curt reply when seeking to clarify entry...

No concierge; non-contact registering leaves you without anyone to offer immediate assistance. Malfunctioning RFID (electronic) keypad locked us out of our apartment on our last night and left us sleeping on the hallway floor with no bathroom facilities available; calls to SEEGER emergency assistance proved useless. Expedia was of no help. Wouldn't risk a repeat."

"This studio apartment was located in walking distance to my destination at the university and was clean and spacious. On the negative side the apartment felt bare and uninviting in the style of a student residence, and had some functional issues, e.g. broken light bulb, dripping bathroom taps, low quality bed. "We are from Canada and our stay was very nice. The rooms are very large as is the bathroom and the Kitchen is a separate area. Everything was nice and clean. There is lots of closet space if need be. The Hosts greeted us upon our arrival and she was very pleasant. The area is residential and very quiet....the country side is beautiful. There are shops and a nice bakery that is only a 5 min walk away. Baden Baden town in the black forest is not too far a drive and a nice place to visit and walk...

"Die Erklärungen unserer Vermieterin waren sehr klar und jedes Mal, wenn wir etwas brauchten, ging sie auf uns ein. Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig, die Aussicht ist sehr schön (auch wenn es im Frühling oder Sommer besser sein muss) und die Gegend ist ideal für alle Arten von Spaziergängen. "Wir hatten ein paar wundervolle Tage in Baden-Baden. Man kann von der Wohung aus loswandern und auch ein Bäcker ist am Morgen in Reichweite. Selbst ein Parkplatz in Reichweite hat sich immer gefunden. Die Gegend selbst ist wunderschön. Hier kann man Urlaub genießen!"

"Hazienda was super nice place for our family vacation during Christmas break. We truly enjoyed our stay and made us fill at home. Kitchen was adequate for our light cooking during holiday and we really liked walkable neighborhood this apartment was situated on. Heated floor helped us when dealing with unexpected wet weather during our winter break. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Baden-Baden."
