Historisches Haus in der Natur, liebevoll modernisiert
Wir haben sechs wundervolle Tage in Unterstein verbracht, mitten in der ruhigen Kulturlandschaft des Bayerischen Waldes. Das Haus vereint geschickt historisches Flair mit modernen Annehmlichkeiten. Modernes Bad, gute Ausstattung in der Küche inkl. Tee, Zucker, Gewürze, Öl, Kostprobe des köstlichen Johannisbeerlikörs. Großzügiger Wohnbereich mit Kaminofen, Holz ausreichend vorhanden. Alles geschmackvoll saniert und eingerichtet. Das Alter des Hauses bringt etwas niedrigere Decken mit sich. Spiele und Bücher vorhanden, auch sehr schöner Außenbereich, Übergang direkt in die Landschaft. Familie Wittmann ist freundlich, hilfsbereit, zugewandt, unkompliziert, gleichzeitig bleibt die Privatsphäre des Gastes absolut gewahrt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!Die Umgebung bietet vielfältige Möglickeiten: Spaziergänge und Wanderungen direkt ab Haus, längere Wanderungen in der näheren Umgebung nach kurzer Anfahrt. Waldwipfelpfad in St. Englmar, dort auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Skiverleih. Skifahren z.B. in St. Englmar oder - dort waren wir - am großen Arber (ca. 45 Minuten Autofahrt). Gaststätten von urig bis modern sind in wenigen Minuten Fahrt umliegend zu erreichen.

Einmaliger Charme
Tolles Ferienhaus, spürbar liebevoll renoviert, perfekte Symbiose aus “uralt” (altes Holz, Doppelfenster usw) und Hightech. Sehr ruhig gelegen, Gefühl der Weite und Natur, Wanderungen ab Haustüre. Gemütlicher Ofen. 5G Abdeckung. Durchdachte Ausstattung, super sauber. Wenn man will, Bäcker und Co mit Spaziergang über Wald und Wiesen zu erreichen. Rehe vor der Haustüre. Herzliche Gastgeber, dennoch diskret, einfache Kommunikation. Wir haben es genossen!

Eine wirklich sehr schön ...
... eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, geschmackvoll, mit Kamin im großen Wohnzimmer unter dem Dach und jeder Menge Flair. Toller Blick vom Balkon, Hof mit Alleinlage, kaum Verkehr. Sehr schöne Gegend mit vielen Wanderrouten für alle, die sich bewegen wollen, ohne sich in alpine Abenteuer zu stürzen :) Und außergewöhnlich nette und großzügige, fünfsternewürdige Gastgeber.
