"This resort was simply amazing! Very luxurious, so well designed, the rooms have a wonderful view of the lake, and the service was 5 star! The staff were so friendly and helpful and happily picked us up in town after we had walked down to the lakeside road to spend a day shopping and eating. We got to meet Dorje and his wonderful wife and hear their story of building their dream resort. "A place made in heaven. My friend and i were greeted by a smiling face welcoming us to the resort as soon as we got there from the airport. He grabbed our luggage and directed us towards the reception area. You have to climb the stairs while you see the beautiful himalayas, the greenery the beauty of nepal. "Very pretty location, perfect spot for relaxing in Pokhara. Particularly liked breakfast around the pool and the balcony facing the pool. There’s room for improvement all minor, wont spoil your stay. Pokhara is great for gifts to take home. Recommend a ride in the new Annapurna cable car. Thank you for a lovely stay. "

"I stayed at a KGH The Maya Manor boutique in Kathmandu. Thought I’d give the Himalayan a try. Was not disappointed. Absolutely OUTSTANDING in every respect!! The room for clean and tidy, Guest services were outstanding… The views of the Annapurna range are beyond compare! The spa is incredibly affordable and relaxing! Great fitness center . "I used Bar Peepal Resort as a base before and after a three-day trek to Mardi Himal viewpoint, without any expectations beyond being a place to stay.
