A rest stop rather than a destination
"Nilani Hotel and Ratnapura town was not a destination, but a short stop on the way back to Colombo. The town is polluted, crowded and unattractive. The hotel is old and worn, with concrete floors and wardrobes that smell of insecticides. A bed net was provided and although it had several holes, it ..."
