Great stay
Great place for our family. Nice staff, hotel next to a forest, good shower, comfortable beds, dark and silent room where we slept well. Perfect for a overnight stay on the way forward.

Stayed here whilst Spiel Essen was on, literally the perfect location, with a bus stop just down the road you could easily get to Essen or Düsseldorf! Family room was fantastic to stay, only downside is there was no coffee making facilities in the room, however walking to the petrol station or restaurant with 25% off everything made it less inconvenient ☺️

Very clean and convenient. Staff is very accommodating. Be aware that this property is located at a rest stop and check in a is done at the service station. You could walk to the neighboring town, Hosel, but we chose to drive to Ratingen for dinner. Despite the location, the hotel was quiet, secure and spotless!

I like the minimalist contemporary design and the cleanliness of the hotel. However, the competency level of the staff have to be improved. The receptionists couldn't understood English Language.

The hotel looks and feels brand new, room was big and had good beds. Bathroom was very clean and nice. There is no fridge in the room and no breakfast or dinner option inside the hotel. This can be enjoyed at the Serways gas station 2 minutes walking away. And the city center with a multitude of dinner options is just 10 minutes by car.

Nice and new hotel but AC out of order
We booket this for a stay over after a consert in Dusseldorf. The location was fine and the hotel is quite new and was in good condition. But, the aircondition was out of order ande the temperatur in Dusseldorf this day was up to 35`C so it was ridiculous varm in the room and not possible to sleep. Thats why its only to stars from us.

Die Unterkunft ist verkehrstechnisch sehr gut gelegen und trotzdem sehr ruhige Zimmer. Die Betten sind sehr gemütlich.

Den Schlüssel bzw Karte bekommt man an der Raststätte. Eine richtige Rezeption gab es nicht. Auch auf ein klassisches Hotelfrühstück muss man verzichten. Aber das waren auch schon die einzigen Mängel! Es ist sehr sauber, die Betten sind bequem und tatsächlich ist es garnicht laut wenn man die Fenster zu hat. Sollten wir wieder in der Nähe sein, dann werden wir wieder dort übernachten. Vielen lieben Dank

Heel mooi hotel wat heel erg schoon en alles heel netjes mooie kamers heerlijke bed en badkamer ook top. We verwachten niet dat je de sleutel kaart bij de benzinepomp moest ophalen....dat was ook het enige. Voor de rest super.....een echte aanrader
