"I can not say enough how fantastic this accommodation / location / staff were. Lisa was amazing with helping me sort issues with booking through Expedia (i will definitely book direct with them next time, but thank you Lisa, only for you i would have been lost. Simon the manager, what can i say, the customer service, helpfulness, kindness was second to none. Really really appreciate how you looked after us. Thank you so much. Fantastic service all round, highly recommend and will be returning....

"This was in a great location for me. Easy to walk to all my tours and to get to the heart of downtown dublin. It was in a good spot and the staff was very friendly and helpful. sheets were a bit scratchy, but the room was nice. Good amenities like a fridge and able to cook if needed. The only thing was there is no safe to keep belongings like your passport, money and laptop and there was no extra physical lock on the door just a button to lock it. "The location of the apartments is great and there is tons of space. In need of some updating though - the furniture and decor was quite rough looking (holes in sofa, in walls)."

Wonderful, but needs improvement!

"The experience at this hotel was great. The only issue I had was that their pillows smelled sweaty and not washed which really made me feel very disgusted as I did not expect a hotel in that reputation for cleanliness would have such a problem. Also, the first day we arrived I noticed the toilet had pee spots on it which really really disgusted me as well and I had to call reception and they came up and cleaned it up right away, but my first impression was very disappointing but overall I really recommend the hotel the service the stuff everything was wonderful and just the whole experience felt great."
