"Wir sind planmäßig angereist und mussten feststellen, dass das Objekt bereits vermietet ist. Der Vermieter war nicht erreichbar. Seine Eltern bedauerten das sehr, konnten uns aber nicht weiter helfen. Die Buchung wäre nicht eingegangen. Wir hatten aber die Bestätigung über Fe-Wo direkt bekommen und das Quartier bereits bezahlt. Es wurde uns keine Alternative Unterbringung angeboten oder organisiert. "Location is terrific, room was awesome. Long hallways are depressing and tired looking. Nobody ever picks up the phone line and everything is so it yourself. Only 2 towels for 2 ppl in the room. Cannot find housekeeping. Morning attendant was strange and rude. We asked for towels, never got them. "
