"I booked a one night stay, just for myself, at Nightcap on Hinterland for Saturday 26 October, so I could have a few drinks at the election night party nearby for Gaven MP’s campaign I had been volunteering on. As I checked in to Room 1, dropping my bags, changing into my comfortable ripped jeans, little did I know what was going to happen that night and in that room would be the beginning of something beautiful. Long story short, around 1am I returned to my room, unsure about the election...

"I grew up in the area. It's nice to visit with an "old friend". Easy on the hip pocket, friendly helpful staff and within walking distance of everything you need. Even if I don't require accommodation, a trip to "The Aussie" is a must whenever I travel to Boonah/Fassifern Valley/Scenic Rim!"

Loved sitting on the verandah whilst the bird life visited morning & evening and the horses reached out for a loving pat. I could watch the cattle grazing everyday (but then wait) adventure awaited in the faraway mountains with endless mountain streams running beneath the forest canopies a bushwalkers paradise.
