"Train was delayed six hours. Arrived at midnight. Friendly welcome. Couldn't be more helpful. Clean and comfortable room. Food available though it's a bit of a mystery where and when. Just ask. Rooftop terrace has a nice view of the Fort and the railway station. Train noise will be an issue for some. It's a 24 hour operation."

"Very nice, as an American used to western accommodations this was perfect for me, nice spacious room, excellent service, safe area, good breakfast, hot water and large bathrooms, and speedy Wi-Fi! I highly recommend!"

"The room was spacious. Beds were comfortable. Windows can be opened form outside and as there is no grill/net in some windows any one can enter into the room any time. The owner is a very nice person and he helped us in need. One of the hotel staff drove us for sightseeing in his own car on hire. This travel experience is terrible. AC did not work and it was too hot, horn did not sound, the car goes off suddenly and after repeated attempt it starts again."

"This is the worst experience I have ever had. First hotel had no clue of the reservation. We checked in the room which had no water, no towels. Bedsheets were extremely dirty with public hair all around. Toilets were unclean. Come next day, we left the room in the morning and came Back in the night as we had 2 days booking. To our surprise, they rented out our room and we were left without room. At midnight we had to go find another hotel. The staff was extremely rude, unprofessional and had no...

"this is a palace with part of the property inhabited by a royal family memeber. The rooms were exquisitely decorated and the lobby and common areas are amazing/sumptious. The food was great; the gym very good and the only drawback was the freezing pool! But it was january! Great hotel"
