"We really enjoyed our stay. Hotel was very clean, some of the staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms were really comfortable if you werent in a room overlooking the trams. The only downside for us was there was nowhere to buy a hot drink in the morning or afternoon as the bar didnt open until 6pm if you werent staying as breakfast included. Your website and Hotel Information in the room definitely needs updating and maybe give coffee and the milk sachets in the room aswell as tea bags"

"Absolutely beautiful hotel in a great location. Only issues were that on the first morning we went down for breakfast, luckily only gone 20 minutes because when we came back, the room had been cleaned but the house keeper had not shut or locked our door. There was no one around to talk to so reported it to reception, but never got any feedback. Not acceptable at all. Also, I found it strange they did not empty the bin in the bathroom or the main room for the 3 nights we were there. Check in was...

It was our first time abroad as a family and we were nervous about how well our little one would manage, but we thought this hotel was perfect for our needs. The room and bathroom were really spacious, bed was nice and large, the travel cot was good, and it was generally pretty quiet.
