"Lovely, friendly hotel with excellent staff."

"Above expectations all around. We stayed for our honeymoon, and it was perfect. Tranquil, separated from the aprés scene, perfect ski in ski out for first tracks every day before the gondolas started bringing people from town. Breakfast and dinner were included and absolutely top tier dining every day. The staff were helpful and welcoming. The baggage service from the train was incredibly helpful so that we didn’t have to haul our luggage across the ski hill. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We plan on returning! "

"The hotel is family owned. You’ll soon find out that the front desk staff and the dining staff as well as back office are all related. The kids are very nice and hospitable and their English is great - certainly better than my Italian. Rooms are clean, comfortable and updated but really no frills and on the small side. Room is a basic double bed with a desk built into the wall and a small fridge. And that’s all there is room for. Bathroom is regular sized. If you don’t expect to spend much time in the room except to sleep, this hotel is well worth it and you won’t be disappointed at all. It’s also very centrally located and walkable everywhere. "

"This was our favorite hotel on this trip. The staff was amazing and responsive via Expedia contact. Great breakfast. Worth paying for. It was within a walking distance to the next town Saint Vincent. We loved the balconies. The only feedback we have is to get more thick pillows. The pillows were pretty thin."
