Villa Borealis is located in a small village in Istria close to the sea and offers a relaxing vacation for the whole family. There is a large private outdoor pool in the well-kept, fully fenced grounds. Relax on the sun loungers and enjoy the fantastic view of nature. There is also a volleyball court, a children's playground, a trampoline and badminton. The additional 35 m2 object, which is also located on the property, offers a charcoal barbecue and a dining area. The 317 m2 villa can accommodate up to 12 people. The interior is furnished with style and beautiful details. On the first floor there is an open-plan living area with a dining and cooking area. From the living area you can access the terrace which is equipped with garden furniture. This is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee. There are 3 comfortable bedrooms on the first floor. On the second floor there are 3 further bedrooms and a large terrace. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have a double bed, TV and en-suite bathroom. You don't have to worry about additional contents either, as there are two exercise bikes available for sports enthusiasts, as well as table tennis for group activities.

And as the biggest highlight of this villa and an indispensable part of a perfect relaxing vacation, the entire wellness area is at your disposal. Feel like you're in a hotel while you enjoy the sauna or the 6-person whirlpool and relax on the loungers in between. The wellness area is equipped with everything your heart desires, and Villa Borealis is the perfect choice for getting away from it all. 2 fitness bikes are also at your disposal.Villa Borealis is located in the small village of Stanisevi just 3 km from the beach. The surrounding area offers a variety of beautiful pebble beaches and hidden bays with crystal clear water. A short drive away is the coastal town of Rabac. There is a wide range of water sports activities on offer here. We recommend taking a romantic stroll along the promenade. In terms of location, Villa Borealis is an excellent starting point for excursions. Visit the historic city of Pula, where the enchanting Roman amphitheater is located. Many film events as well as cultural events and concerts are organized here. We also recommend a visit to the picturesque town of Rovinj. The special thing about the town is that the old town is located on a small peninsula. Explore the narrow streets of the town and enjoy your first cup of coffee in one of the many cafés. The restaurants offer an excellent range of typical local specialties which you should definitely try. Come to Istria and explore the beauty of this region.
