"Stayed at this beautiful location with family and friends for 7 nights! The host Mrs Irene was super friendly and sweet. Along with Alex (who was very helpful, amazing) and provided us with all the information required for this location, direction, restaurants and local shops. Stores are located about 30ish min away so ensure you stop on the way to get your groceries. The location is also very private. The beach was heaven and pretty much private - prefect for families. Would book this house...

"Our stay was great. Also thanks to the nice owners who gave us a warm welcome and even prepared us a meal when we arrived! We had a mix of relaxation and sight seeing and both region and house are excellent for this. For more entertainment, Kapandriti is closeby. The swimmingpool is large and the terrace has a great view at the sea in the distance. A great place to be."

The location is extraordinary, with breathtaking views and proximity to three stunning beaches. However, it's worth noting that the apartment is not particularly secluded. The pool was amazing - again bigger than it looks in the pics and really private and not overlooked. The location is great - just a 15 minute walk down to the shops, restaurants and beach. "My husband and I have just returned from spending two wonderful weeks in Dimos and Jolenta's lovely villa. House and grounds are perfect, very peaceful and relaxing and well equipped with all our needs. Lovely warm outdoor shower, pool water very warm and exceptionally clean, comfortable sun loungers, beach towels provided. We were short of nothing. The bikes were an added bonus which we used every day, cycling up and down country lanes and to the beach. Well stocked supermarket and bakery...

"We had a wonderful, relaxing holiday at the villa. The beautiful, extensive and enclosed gardens with a sizeable pool and barbecue and bar area kept us happy and occupied for many an hour. The trees with abundance of fruit and nooks and spaces for dining or relaxing added to the Greek feel. Inside the villa, there was a very authentic style of decor that has Greek charm and lots of original quirks and features. "The apartment has stunning views over the bay to Agii Apostoli, made the most of by the sitting-room's picture windows and the extensive balcony. We spent a lot of time just sitting and looking! The elevated position meant that there was nearly always a good breeze to keep us cool, and we had very little trouble from mosquitoes - we often just had the windows open at night, though there was the option of air-conditioning. Our host was extremely friendly and helpful on arrival, easy to contact...

"This was my fourth stay at Hotel Avra. It's clean, for great views and super close to the port. My only complaint is partly my fault. I accidentally booked the wrong day as I was flustered with a last minute flight change. The hotel refused to honor the reservation for the correct date even though they had more than enough rooms available both days and I caught the mistake within an hour of booking. (I had actually booked the room after check-in time and meant to do it for the next day.) Multiple calls and emails from Hotels.com and myself but the response was not in my favor. "

"Cabo Verde was very clean, quiet, comfortable, reasonably priced and convenient. Pretry views! The staff was welcoming, professional and friendly. The only thing that needs attention is the shower head in our room, which was cracked and sprayed out toward the floor. Other than that, we had a great stay. "

Private villa w/ large pool, walking distance from beach, near Athens

"We had a wonderful stay at Villa Koralia. A beautiful home and garden with a fabulous pool. Our flight into Athens was delayed by 3 hours and we can't thank the owner enough ,who waited until 11:30pm for us to arrive! And on top of that his Mother had cooked a delicious Pistatsio for us which was very welcome after a very long day travelling. The beautiful beach was just 5 minutes walk from the house, with many places to eat and shop a short walk along the seafront. There are several places of historical interest nearby, but equally if you want to just relax, the pool and garden are perfect for this. We also enjoyed feeding and looking after the resident 'stray' cats... All in all a lovely holiday, and we would highly recommend a stay here."
