The house is located on the west side of Rapid City at the foot of the Black Hills off Hwy 44, providing easy access to Canyon Lake and the many attractions in the area.

↪ Quiet time hours between 10 PM and 8 AM.

↪ No smoking of any kind which will result in a $250 fee that will be charged if the property smells of smoke, or any evidence is found that smoking occurred inside the property.

↪ The maximum occupancy on this property is 8 people. Make sure that all overnight guests are declared on the reservation.

Great Place and Location
The house is in a very quiet neighborhood and was within easy driving distance of all the the things we were interested in seeing. There are nice decorative touches throughout the house and it is nicely furnished. The kitchen is well organized and had everything we needed. There is a wonderful nature park within walking distance that has Rapid Creek running through it. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and definitely recommend this place for a stay in Rapid City.

So cute and perfect for our stay!!! We are already planning a future trip and this is definitely where we will be staying!!! Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Very clean and cozy. Black-out curtains in the bedrooms would help with sleeping in - but definitely not a deal breaker!!!
