The space
Welcome to our spacious, family-friendly 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom home, perfect for large groups of family and friends. With plenty of room to spread out and relax, this home features five comfortable queen beds and a large fenced-in backyard, offering a calm, peaceful environment for your stay. Located in a quiet neighborhood, you'll enjoy both privacy and convenience. Our home is equipped with everything you need for a memorable stay, including self-check-in for your convenience, though we’re always just a few minutes away if you need assistance.

The home’s spacious layout includes a cozy living area with two 55” smart TVs, fast Wi-Fi, and an 8-person dining table, making it easy to relax and gather together. For fun, we’ve created a game room with a glow-in-the-dark LED foosball table, a multiplayer Pac-Man arcade game, and a collection of board games for all ages to enjoy.

Step outside to the large backyard, where you can unwind on the patio with a table and chairs or cook a delicious meal on the propane grill. Inside, the fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for meal prep, including plates, silverware, cooking utensils, and more.

We also provide free parking with 5 spaces available on the driveway, and our home is equipped with premium cotton sheets, soft bath towels, a washer and dryer, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and heating for your comfort. Cleanliness is our top priority, and we ensure everything is thoroughly cleaned and refreshed before each new guest arrives.

- For dogs: We don't allow puppies (less than 1 year old), German shepherds, or huskies.
- We do not allow cats.
- If bringing a pet, pet fee of $75 is required. Please message us to let us know so that we can send a request for the payment or you can pay through the listing platform.

The primary renter is REQUIRED to SIGN the Renter's Agreement before checking in. This document comprehensively outlines the rules, policies, and terms governing your stay with us. By signing, you acknowledge and commit to adhering to these regulations throughout your tenure at our property.

Cancellation policy:
We offer free cancellation or 100% refund amount of payable if you cancel 30 days before check-in date. If canceling, we will charge a 20% processing fee (to cover credit card processing and administrative fees).

Additional rules

1. If any issues arise during your stay, it’s essential to communicate with us promptly. Good communication between the guest and host is critical to ensuring a smooth and successful stay. You should respond to us (the hosts) within 24 hours when we reach out to resolve an issue. In certain situations, we may need to send our case manager to review the situation in person to fully address any concerns.

2. It is a "must" to read the entire listing description and the house rules of our property. If, in this case, you DO NOT read over our listing description or house rules and are not comfortable with something that is clearly stated, we will uphold our cancellation policies.

3. No unregistered guests/visitors unless preapproved

4. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10PM and always be respectful of the
neighbors.

5. No parties or events unless previously organized in writing with the host. If
there’s evidence of a party or event, there’ll be an additional charge of $200.

6 If bringing a pet:
6.1 We don't allow puppies (less than 1 year old), German shepherds, or huskies. No cats allowed.
6.2 A pet fee of $75 per is required. Please message us to let us know so that we can send a request for the deposit.
6.3 Please clean up after your dog (pick up your dog's poop)
6.4 No pets allowed on furniture or beds.

7. Follow state laws when using fire pit. Please make sure not to leave fires unattended.

8. For noise complaints:
8.1 If we receive any noise complaints from neighbors a security guard will be called out to the property at a cost of $85 to guests for the first call out.
8.2. If security is called a second time during your stay, you will be charged a $250 fee and be removed from the premises with no refund of your stay.

9. Please be mindful of neighboring personal property such as swing sets. Do not let children play on or use this without prior written permission. 

10. No smoking anywhere in this house. If we find evidence of smoking anywhere in the house you will be charged $250 for extra cleaning.

Follow all check-out procedures:
1. Take out all trash

2. Wash dishes (or start dishwasher)

Note:
* A $200 extra cleaning fee may be charged if home is left unreasonably dirty and requires more work than usual to clean (for example: mud on the couches). All damages will also be charged to guest.

* Check out time is scheduled for 10:00 am on the day of departure unless previously agreed with the host. If the guest is more than 90 minutes late checking out guest will be charged $100.

* Any costs incurred by the host as a result of a late check out will be passed on to you.
