Our hope was to provide a home that could host almost everyone with physical challenges, that was friendly to those who are challenged by stairs, and by those who have toddlers who are safer away from stairs. We made sure that getting in and out of the house was easier, a home that has multiple bedrooms on the ground floor along with the kitchen, main living room, and a walk-in shower in the master bedroom. We think we've come as close to ideal as possible for our guests.

Shepherd Hills Subdivision on a ridge on eastern side of Rapid City with views of Black HIlls to the west and of Ellsworth AFB and open rolling hills to the east. Amazing views throughout neighborhood, stunning sunsets and sunrises.

This nearly 3000 square foot house boasts 5 bedrooms (plus a walk-in closet with an infant crib), 3 bathrooms, 2 large living rooms, dining area with seating for 12, and a plenty of room for games, exercise, and relaxation. Enjoy amazing views, especially at night, out of the main floor living room or outdoor patio area.

Bedrooms have 2 King beds, 2 Queens, and 2 bunk beds to comfortably accommodate 12 guests. There is also an oversized walk-in closet with a full-sized crib for any infants in your family/group. Two large living rooms have seating for 6-8 each to watch favorite streaming on 65" HDTV VIZIO TV's that are super intuitive and easy to operate. 3-car garage with at least 2 stalls available for indoor parking during the majority of the year.

Extensive restaurant selection and grocery (Walmart, Sams, Dakotah Butcher) within 5 minutes of property. Family Fare and Safeway within 10 minutes of property.

Please note, the person making the reservation must be among those staying at the house for the entire stay.

PETS
Due to owner allergies, pets/animals are NOT allowed on the property, inside or out, at any time. Guests who bring pets/animals in violation of house rules will be financially responsible for all sanitization that is required post-stay to eliminate allergens.

NO SMOKING
Smoking is NOT allowed in the home or anywhere on the property. Evidence of smoking anywhere on the property may result in $500 cleaning fee to deodorize the home.

NO PARTIES
No parties are permitted on the premises.

QUIET TIME
Please respect our neighbors by keeping the noise down from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
