"The stay there was very loud. Door slamming kids running around. We even got called for being loud.. I didn’t appreciate that we were in bed asleep. And also they don’t accommodate your requests if you booked 3rd party. "

"When we checked in they said they upgraded us. We went to the room and it was a sauna. I don't feel like it was an upgrade. We asked to move and they moved us to a very nice room. "
