"Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Auch die Schlüsselübergabe läuft problemlos. Zum Standort: Ideal als Startpunkt zum Wandern und Mountainbiken. Ein Verleih ist in etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. An den See fährt man mit dem Auto etwa 15 Minuten. Bedingt durch die Höhe (etwa 600 Meter) ist es im Sommer angenehm kühl. "Having two cars this was perfect for our family. It was 20-30 minutes to drive to Bardolino, Garda etc and about 45 minutes to drive to the Monte Baldo lookout. There is a great restaurant with a view right around the corner, you could walk if you wanted. It was very hot while we were there so we opted to drive most places. The games etc provided were nice for the down time between our adventures and the other amenities would have been perfect had we stayed longer. Even without AC the house...

"The property is charmingly unique. Although undoubtedly old, the rooms and furnishings are full of character and amazingly spacious. The balcony view over Lake Garda is fabulous and everchanging. All seven of us could stay there all day. The town is well situated for day trips around the lake and to the Dolomites. And Jeanne was gracious, available, full of information and very personable. It was a one-of-a-kind experience which we really enjoyed even more than the subsequent Italy/Greece...

Additional free parking at the boat yard was excellent. Only negative feedback was the threadbare sofa in the living area, could do with a recover, that said everything else was absolutely fine."
