"We had a great stay. The condo was easy to find, right across from the pool which was large and never crowded. Loved the double porches and saw multiple dolphins every day! Downside: the living room furniture was extremely worn out. We had chose that specific unit for the extra sleeping room with the pull out couch. All of the living room seating needs replaced. Other than that,we had a great time!"

"We could walk everywhere we wanted to go, including to King St! Calmer area with nearby restaurants and small grocery markets. Gets you all of the hustle and bustle, but plenty of vibe around the area! "

"You can't really beat this location. We were easily able to walk to Beachwalker park for beach access - very convenient if you're lucky enough to catch the dolphins strand feeding at low tide. Hosts were very responsive when we had issues, which were minor. The neighborhood dock was perfect for sunsets. Would recommend."

"The place was perfect. It looked just like the pictures and had an amazing view - one of the best on Folly Beach. The location was perfect, near the main strip of restaurants (and the market) without having any noise. I loved the place and would stay again!"

"Lovely, quiet condo nestled in the woods, with a short path through indigenous vegetation to the beach. Condo was nicely remodeled, and very cozy/ comfortable. Great location on the west end of the island with accessibilty to Fresh Fields Village, and its excellent restaurants. Would definitely rent again… "

"We stayed four nights. All in all, it's a fine place. Location is exceptional, with the ocean within "earshot" and a short walk. Bed was GREAT. Extremely comfortable. Living room bright and open, with high ceiling. Nice screened-in porch. The one disappointment was significant construction/renovation across the way (the row of housing on other side of parking lot). It wasn't too bad, but a bit noisy during workday hours. Also, the sliding glass door to screened-in porch is difficult to lock....

"My husband and I celebrated our anniversary at the wonderful beach condo. It was perfect fur the two of us. The views of the sunrise on the beach were amazing. We loved making it or base to explore Charleston and surrounding areas. I’d love to return!"
