"During our breakfast, the owner interrupted us to accuse us of not having paid for our stay. She claimed we had entered the wrong CVV number, causing the transaction to fail. We assured her that this was not possible since we used Apple Pay, but she became agitated and asked us to accompany her to the reception computer. "Rude management, bedding in a pile on the beds unmade, single bed duvet for two beds pushed togther .. refused to provide double bed duvet though they did provide a second single duvet, one single blanket and one towel. when questionned we were told its the onwers decisionn and the manager had lots of eperince so they were correct. it was explained that many customers complained about the beds then the followng mornign the opposite was told to us. Never again"
