This bright and airy vacation rental is set in the Tamarisk Country Club neighborhood of Rancho Mirage. Once you step inside this architecturally significant mid-century modern home, you'll quickly understand why it has been given a historical designation by the City of Rancho Mirage! The living area features soaring ceilings, comfortable designer furnishings, a large gas fireplace, a 55' flatscreen TV all ready for movie nights, clerestory windows, and walls of glass offering spectacular mountain and fairway views. The chef in your group will be thrilled with the fully-updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a five-burner gas cooktop, Caesarstone countertops, and a wet bar. Outdoors, the oasis yard offers multiple living and dining areas and a refreshing newly finished pool with sprayers for cooling off on hot afternoons.

Hop in the car and spend the day up on Mt San Jacinto via the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway (just 16 miles away) where you will ascend to over 8,000 feet to experience breathtaking views of the Coachella Valley. For the more adventurous, head to the Indian Canyons area for a hike through the desert and an oasis to reach some spectacular waterfalls. And in the evenings, head to Agua Caliente Resort Casino Spa Rancho Mirage, four miles away, for fine dining, gambling, and nightlife. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Architectural Home
It was completely functional - full kitchen, extra towels in the bathrooms, etc. Very easy to live in for a week. We didn't know that the restaurant right outside the house, on the golf course, was members only. Because it was so convenient for the house we assumed we could eat there (only 10 steps outside our backyard) but were told we couldn't. Thankfully a member golfer we had been talking to used her membership so we could have lunch with them.

Very Cooool!
Safe, quiet neighborhood, great views, lovely pool, very cool that is listed as architecturally historic home! Portia was very helpful when renting. Pam was also accommodating :)
